Mountain Crust + Wild Social have teamed up to bring our clients the most inclusive and most affordable package. All you need to add is a photographer! This is our most stress free package for weddings of up to 50 guests plus the Nearlyweds. Take a look below to see what is included in this all inclusive package priced at $18,500.
Full Service Planning + Day-Of Staff
Wild Social lead planner will handle and stay on top of everything. They’ll source and manage all your vendors, create a timeline, and coordinate then execute a five-hour day-of schedule with an option to add more hours if needed. We’ll even walk you through getting your Colorado marriage license!
Our crew will fully prepare and set up your ceremony and reception spaces and take everything down once your special day has concluded.
Venue Space + Catering + Bar
A ten hour rental of Mountain Crust’s venue featuring a rooftop bar and deck with unobstructed views of the rockies, dining room, dance floor, turfed backyard with bistro lights, yard games, and our vintage pizza truck, Ole Blue!
Full service catering and service of unlimited wood fire pizza, salad, and one appetizer for three hours of service. We also include plates, flatware, chargers, water goblets, and napkins.
Full service bar with the perfect wine selections to pair with dinner, well and top-shelf liquor, and 4 taps for beer. Have guests order off our Sooper Awesome cocktail menu, or feel free to request your own and we’ll see what we can make happen!
Design + Styling
Wild Social will make your moodboard come to life through a detailed design stage and style everything on the day of. You can be as involved as you like or leave the design and decor options up to our talented team.
Wild Social will handle the signage for your welcome table, dessert table, and signature cocktails. And you even get to pick one of our three fun neon signs for the reception that say Cheers, Better Together, or Let’s Party!
Not only does Wild Social include a complete tablescape, but we also include farmhouse tables, chairs, a fully styled lounge, an arch for ceremony, vases, candles, a fully styled welcome table, and a fully styled dessert table.
Florals
Wild Social works with some of the best florists in Colorado to coordinate your floral centerpieces and accent pieces, plus a bespoke floral arch for the ceremony, and two floral pieces for the Nearlyweds (like bouquets and/or boutonnieres).
Cakes + Cupcakes
Includes a gorgeous six-inch cutting cake and cupcakes made by one of our trusted bakers. Select from over a dozen flavors and even delicious vegan or gluten-free options.

The majority of couples who select this package keep their total budget to around $25k with the help of Wild Social. Of course, the final number is heavily dependent on the additional vendors and details you choose but we’ll help you select the best options within your budget!
