We are a Colorado-based catering service providing wood-fired pizza, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our two custom trucks: Ole Blue is a 1955 Ford F-600 truck and Baby Blue is a state of the art trailer.
Whether you are having a wedding, corporate event, or just a small gathering at your home we will pull up in style and serve gourmet pizzas until the party is over! We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, making authentic thin crust pizzas and making sure every guest gets the pizza of their dreams! No one will leave the party unsatisfied!

Mountain Crust offers some of the most unique wedding catering in all of Colorado! You and your guests will have an unforgettable wedding party fueled by wood-fired pizza, beer on tap, fresh salads and a variety of seasonal appetizers. We prepare all of our food on-site with our mobile, wood-fired brick oven imported from Italy so you know you will be getting the freshest and most authentic thin crust pizza in the state. Our staff is friendly, eager to help, and passionate about the food that we provide for you and your guests. We want everyone to experience the magic of Mountain Crust’s gourmet catering, so we are more than happy to meet any dietary restrictions; such as, gluten free, vegetarian, pork free, dairy free, vegan diets, or any allergy. Our priority is to keep all your guests (and in-laws) smiling throughout the entire event so we strive to be as flexible and accommodating for everyone at the event. Nobody will leave the party unsatisfied or hungry!
Our custom-built pizza trucks will be sure to turn heads as your guests arrive. We have specialized trucks that are specifically built to provide top-notch pizza, salads, and appetizers while giving your wedding a chic rustic Colorado feel. You will find your guests hanging around our beautiful trucks dancing, eating fresh pizzas and watching our cooks toss dough in the air until last call. We cater to wedding parties in the Denver metro area, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and all mountain venues! We are a full catering service meaning we are available for a full set up and clean-up, so you do not need to worry about hiring a staffing agency just to clean up after the party- we are a one-stop shop! Mountain crust is fully employed by green freaks, so we don’t use any disposable items and we recycle or compost all excess making us nearly a zero-waste catering service. Mountain Crust’s pricing is as competitive as it gets for full-service catering. We don’t like any surprises for our customers, so all pricing is set well in advance and we aim to be completely transparent.
