We offer our tried-and-true Basic Package at the venue - but for those craving more than just pizza, we’ve leveled up with an extended menu full of delicious extras and crowd-pleasers.

What if it rains/snows?

We rarely need to move ceremonies indoors - usually we just delay if needed! For dinner, we set up tables inside and use an EZ-up tent by the garage door to create extra space for overflow seating.

Do we get a rehearsal?

You’ll have a 1-hour rehearsal the day before your wedding, for ceremony participants only. Your coordinator/planner must attend! Timing depends on availability, as we’ll likely have an event scheduled later that day.

What about decor drop off and pick up?

You may drop off all of your decor during your rehearsal the day before. It will be stored in our basement. All decor must be removed from the venue on the night of your event!

For the Love Shack - is there a space for the other half of our wedding party to get ready?

Yes! The upstairs bar is a great spot to hang out and get ready during the day. There may be another group rehearsal taking place on the main level, but they will not be permitted upstairs.

How early can vendors arrive?

Vendors get a 1-hour setup window before your event. Some may arrive earlier, around 2-3 hours before start time, with our day-of staff. Let us know what’s needed, and we’ll coordinate the best arrival time.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Nope! We will be at risk of getting shut down if you do! All alcohol must be supplied by Mountain Crust.

Can cars stay in your parking lot overnight?

Yes! Cars are welcome to stay in our lot until 10am the day after your event.

Where do you suggest we take photos at/around the venue?

There’s an open field across the street that photographers often use for portraits. We also have a vibrant mural that makes for a fun photo op, as well as a lovely trellis that’s blooming with flowers. Our upstairs deck also offers great mountain views and incredible sunsets!
