we love weddings

We are your backyard wedding, for those who don’t have a backyard. Our venue can accommodate up to 175 guests, that’s a lot of booties shakin’ in one place!! We only book one event a day, so you have access to the entire venue for your big day. This includes ceremony space, cocktail hour on the rooftop deck, dinner in the back yard, and a dance floor inside. We are a seasonal venue and are only open April-mid November, we like to ski too.

Full Event Staff + Day-Of Coordinator

All we do is party – and we know that means having plenty of staff to accommodate your needs. Most events have 8+ employees bouncing around between making pizzas, serving up booze, hitting the dance floor, and making sure your people are happy! We even offer in-house day-of coordination. Having a day-of coordinator that exclusively works at this venue guarantees that every little detail will be taken care of. However, you don’t have to use our services, we also have a list of preferred event planners and coordinators that we love to work with!

Venue Space + Catering + Bar

Our basic rental package is for 7 hours, including 1 hour of setup, and 1 hour of cleanup. You can always extend your event by purchasing additional hours. Our venue features a rooftop bar and deck with unobstructed views of the rockies, dining room, dance floor, turfed backyard with bistro lights, yard games, and our vintage pizza truck, Ole Blue!

Full service catering of unlimited wood fire pizza, salad, and one appetizer for three hours of service. We also include ivory dinner plates, forks and compostable napkins. 

Full service bar with the perfect wine selections to pair with dinner, well and top-shelf liquor, and 4 taps for beer. Have guests order off our Sooper Awesome cocktail menu, or feel free to request your own and we’ll see what we can make happen! Our bar is fully stocked with glassware and we keep 3 water stations throughout the venue.

Design + Styling

We designed our venue with our business culture and identity in mind, while also accomplishing the backyard vibes! Our venue is full of rustic wood features, whiskey barrels, pizza paddles, fun wallpaper, bright colors and plants galore! With the add-on of our handmade farm tables, you won’t need to bring a ton of decor in. We even have a ceremony arch that you can rent from us! Being sustainable is cool, and we take it very seriously. Lots of decor usually means lots of waste, so we made our space snazzy enough that you don’t need much!

Get them out of here!! 

We only require that there is no outside booze brought in, and no foul play 😉 Beer pong? Sure! Flip cup? We’ll join! Beer die? We’ve got the table! This is YOUR day, let’s do it YOUR way!

Music + DJs

We have an awesome in-house Sonos sound system that you are welcome to use throughout your event. We have speakers in all areas of the venue and the system is easily paired with Spotify. We also have a microphone + mic-stand, and TVs/90″ projector for you to showcase the love! We do have a list of preferred DJs/live bands that we love to work with. DJs or bands are highly recommended if you want a groovin’ dance floor full of your favorite people!
