Catering Pricing
Catering should be fun, delicious, and totally worth it — not confusing or overpriced. We keep it simple: real food, real service, and pricing that won’t kill the vibe (or your budget).
Basic Package
$35 per person
- Includes 1 standard appetizer, salad, and unlimited pizza for 3 hours
Bartending
$6-$10 per person
(price dependent on package)
- Includes real glassware (pint glasses, stemless wine glasses, rocks glasses), up to 300lbs of ice, 1 TIPS certified bartender, and all the materials they’ll need to run a killer bar.
- All you have to provide is the BOOZE! We are here to help with menu suggestions, quantities, etc.
Dessert
$1.50-$3.50 per person
- We offer wood-fired cookies and s’mores for a sweet treat at your event. If you’d like to provide dessert from another company, we can help cut and serve this. We even rent cake plates & forks!
Additional Food
$5-$11 per person
- Beyond the Basic Package, we recommend at least 2 appetizers for events with over 100 guests. Additional salad and entree options are available if you want them!
Full Service Setup & Cleanup
$550-$900
(price dependent on headcount and final timeline)
- This is required at some venues, optional at others. Our team will handle all the necessary tasks to get a venue ready for your event, and stay until the end to clean it all up! Think tables, chairs, placesettings, sweeping, mopping, etc.
Tableware
Included!
- We are environmental nerds! We always provide real plates, mixed forks, compostable napkins and water cups at every event. Our sand white plates are used for wedding events, while our colorful plates are used for other events.
