Event Types

We are open to all sorts of events! We only book one event per day so our calendar fills up quickly, especially with weddings first. Other great reasons to book our venue are birthday parties, engagement parties, retirement parties, anniversary parties, corporate meetings, etc.

If you plan on serving alcohol for your event you must do so through Mountain Crust Event Venue. We have Bar Minimums that you can see below depending on how many people and the day of the week that you plan to host your event.


All bar packages are for 4 hours of service. For an additional price per person you can have up to 5 hours of open bar service. Bar service may not exceed 5 hours. Last call will take place 30 minutes before the package end time, and close shortly after.  

  • Cash bar- As the host, you can either open a tab for your guests until the minimum is reached or let your guests purchase their own drinks and if the minimum is not reached, we will charge the remainder to your card at the end of the event.
  • Unlimited Bar packages- We also offer unlimited drinks as an open bar option. This pricing will be established depending on the drinks you want available to your guests and ranges from $30-$48 per person.


For all information on catering at our venue please click here.  You are required to use our catering services for appetizers/dinner, but you are welcome to bring in outside dessert vendors. 

Event Timeframe / Setup & Cleanup

Events can begin as early as 12pm. Our basic rental is for 7 hours, including 1 hour of setup, 5 hours of event time and 1 hour of cleanup. It is required to use 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of cleanup. You are required to hire us for clean up after your event. We offer setup and room flip services for an additional fee. You can always add more hours for an additional cost. All events must conclude by 11:00pm and be fully cleaned up by 12:00am. 

Parking & Shuttle Service

On-Site parking is limited to 28 personal vehicles. A shuttle service to and from Mountain Crust Event Venue is highly recommended for any event serving alcohol. You are required to arrange this service, if you want to offer it to your guests.  Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft work well to arrive at the venue however, it can be difficult to get a lot of vehicles at the same time! Plan ahead!

The bottom line is that we want everyone to be safe. Leaving vehicles overnight is allowed and you must pick up your car before 10:00am next day.

Venue Rental Pricing



** Micro-weddings are an all-inclusive set price. The price is for up to 50 guests and includes a 7 hour rental, farm table rentals, basic food package, open bar with well liquor, and all staffing/fees/taxes.

  • With an additional $1,500 you can have up 65 guests.
  • Upgrades and additional rentals are subject to their respective rates.
