Pricing & Info

Our venue rental pricing is below and it varies based on the number of people you plan to host and the day of the week you want to hold your event. Our general venue rental pricing includes 5 hours of actual event time and 2 hours for setup and clean up, in total 7 hours for usage of the venue. You can always add more time if you need at an additional cost. You will also find all of our information on bar pricing below. For catering menus- please visit the catering page (Above)

Set Up & Clean Up

You as the client are responsible for leaving the venue exactly how you found it. You are required to hire us for clean up after your event. We offer setup and room flip services for an additional fee, otherwise your party will be responsible for setting up the venue how you want it. We will hold your Credit Card information as a damage deposit for accidentals and for inadequate cleaning.

Booze

If you plan on serving alcohol for your event you must do so through Mountain Crust Event Venue. We have Cash Bar Minimums that you can see below depending on how many people and the day of the week that you plan to host your event.

  • Cash bar- As the host, you can either open a tab for your guests until the minimum is reached or let your guests purchase their own drinks and if the minimum is not reached, we will charge the remainder to your card at the end of the event.
  • Unlimited Bar packages- We also offer unlimited drinks as an open bar option. This pricing will be established depending on the drinks you want available to your guests and ranges from $28-$45 per person.

Food

For all information on catering at our venue please click here. If you plan on using an outside caterer (AKA not us!) We charge $500 for you to use someone else. 

Event End Time

All events must end by 11:00pm and be fully cleaned up by 12:00am. If you want to party later, we are happy to keep the rager going for you at an additional cost per half hour. Additional fees may also apply if you are not out of the venue by your contracted time. 

Parking & Shuttle Service

On-Site parking is limited to 32 personal vehicles. A shuttle service to and from Mountain Crust Event Venue is highly recommended for any event serving alcohol. You are required to arrange this service, if you want to offer it to your guests.  Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft work well to arrive at the venue however, it can be difficult to get a lot of vehicles at the same time! Plan ahead!

The bottom line is that we want everyone to be safe. Leaving vehicles overnight is allowed and you must pick up your car before 10:00am next day.
